Designing interiors for the Porwal’s residence has been a unique amalgamation of interior design approaches, with the client being a graphic designer herself. Her vision was to design her 3 BHK home in a uber chic and contemporary design that reflects urban city living. With strict budgets, tight deadlines and aesthetically managing storage space, the final outcome of the Porwal’s interior design project has been rewarding!

The living room reflects Mumbai city’s urbane minimalism with a grey and white coloured palette which was balanced with a bright wooden veneer for the ceiling, walls and overall furniture to add in the warmth.

Each of the bedrooms come alive with their own personality, distinctly different from each other. The most interesting design component in each room was a focal point of design which became the room’s highlighting factor. While one bedroom speaks volumes on music with a large mural on the wall, the other bedroom has a wall covered in a free form geometric design pattern with lavender hues as contrast.
