The Goradia’s are design enthusiasts! A well-learned and well-travelled couple with eclectic design sensibilities, the Goradia’s devised a specific layout for their home and turned to UJDesigns to bring alive their vision.
From the entrance of their home to the living spaces, the Goradia’s wanted their home to be a reflection of their lifestyles, design choices and work. Being manufacturers of laser cut design in wood, the house has many influences of the same, such as the wooden laser cut panels with inset lighting at the entrance, safety door design and the living room partition.
The expansive family space is divided into a formal dining area and family room with an artistic two- seater swing that connects both spaces. Their globetrotting lifestyle is highlighted with the large laser cut world map in their living room as well as pictures from their travels and their own art.
The master bedrooms are bright in white, with laser cut linear designs in fibre and subtle wooden veneer were chosen for the floors. For the kitchen area, the interior design approach chosen was more cheerful with limes and greens in customized glass tiles whereas for the bath room blue tiles in mosaic and mirrors was the design choice.
The Goradia’s home is a stylish and modern abode, but not without their roots, which is evident in the resplendent backlit onyx temple in their living room.
